VKR Holding recently acquired the ventilation company EXHAUSTO
With its acquisition in September of the Danish ventilation company EXHAUSTO, VKR Holding enhanced its ventilation and indoor climate activities. The acquisition also included the Norwegian ventilation company Novema Aggregater, but not the smoke ventilator manufacturer EXHAUSTO CDT. Following approval of the transaction by the German and Norwegian competition authorities, the transaction is now final.
Increased focus on indoor climate

With the acquisition of EXHAUSTO, VKR Holding's Ventilation and indoor climate business area consists of five companies which are represented in several European countries.
